Low Carb Cauliflower Pizza Crust





Ingredients: 

1 Large Head of Cauliflower
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Shredded Cheese
2 Tbs of Oregano
2 Tbs of Garlic

Directions: 

1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2 In large bowl rice (grate) the head of cauliflower with a cheese grader and then microwave it for about 8 minutes.
3 Add 1 cup of cheese, oregano and garlic to the riced cauliflower and mix together.
4 Spray a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
5 Put cauliflower mix onto pizza pan and place the oven for 25 minutes.
6 Then add any toppings ex: cheese, tomato paste, pepperonis, and cook for another 2-5 minutes to melt toppings.
7 Enjoy!

Serving size: 1 Slice (Entire pizza cut into 8 slices)
